How it works
Four stages. Three of them happen without you. The one that needs you takes about twenty minutes, and you are told what it is worth before you start.

The four stages
In order, and with the part that needs you clearly marked.
You give NegoTrack your website address and confirm which business you are on the map. That is the setup — there is nothing to install, no code to add to your site, and no analytics account to connect.

Every signal is collected daily and read against the others. This is the part that makes the difference: a search position falling is a number, but a search position falling the same week a competitor published a page for that exact service is a cause.
Local search positions
/services/boiler-repair+2 places up4th/services/emergency+3 places up7th/services+2 places up9thEverything found is ranked by what it is likely to be worth against what it will take. Three things reach the top. The other twenty-six are still there if you want them, but they are not what you are shown first.

You make the change. NegoTrack keeps checking, and tells you whether it moved anything. That last part is the one most tools skip, and it is the only way to know whether the advice was any good.

What it asks of you
The split, stated plainly, because most tools that promise to save you time create work instead.
Over time
A score out of a hundred means very little on its own. What means something is whether it is going up, what you did just before it moved, and whether the thing you did was worth the afternoon.
That is why completed actions stay on the timeline. Twelve weeks in, the useful view is not today's figure — it is the four changes that moved it and the two that did not.

No. NegoTrack reads what is publicly visible — the same things a customer or an agency could look at. There is no script to add, no plugin, and no access to your hosting or your analytics account.
Daily for the things that move daily, such as speed and search positions. Reviews and map presence are checked as they change. You hear from it once a week unless something needs attention sooner.
The map listing, reviews and local visibility checks still apply and are often where most enquiries come from anyway. The website audit will simply say there is nothing to audit rather than scoring you badly for it.
Yes. Findings are written so they can be forwarded without translation, and each one states the consequence, so a developer can see why it is being asked for.
Not yet. NegoTrack is in development and the private beta has not opened. Everything shown on this site is demonstration data from a fictional business.
