NegoTrack is pre-launch, and these are the terms the first affiliates join on. They apply to referrals made while they are in force; the programme may change for future referrals, and that change would never be applied backwards to a customer you have already referred.
You are independent
You promote NegoTrack as an independent partner. You are not our employee and we are not your employer. No hours, no targets, nothing to work around if you stop.
Commission follows paid subscriptions
Earn 20% recurring commission for as long as the customer you referred maintains an active paid NegoTrack subscription. There is no 12-month commission cap. Trials, refunds and chargebacks are not commissionable.
No self-referrals
You cannot refer your own business or your own subscription. If you want NegoTrack for yourself, just buy it.

Disclose the relationship wherever you recommend NegoTrack. In the UK that is the law; everywhere it is the reason anyone believes you.

No. There is no fee, no minimum, and nothing to buy. You do not need to be a NegoTrack customer to be an affiliate.
Payouts are not automated yet, because NegoTrack has not launched. The payment process, any threshold and the schedule will be communicated to approved affiliates before any commission becomes payable. We are not going to describe a payout system that does not exist yet.

Anyone in the United Kingdom or Spain who can honestly recommend NegoTrack to businesses. There are three routes: Campus for students, Creators for people with an audience, and Partners for freelancers, agencies and consultants who already work with small businesses.
60 days from the first click. NegoTrack uses first-touch attribution, so if someone follows your link and then follows another affiliate’s link a week later, the referral stays with you.
No. It is an independent affiliate arrangement. There is no salary, no contract of employment, no set hours and no obligation to refer anybody. You are also responsible for any tax due on commission you earn.
Yes, with one exception: you may not bid on NegoTrack branded search terms, or close variants and misspellings of them, without our written permission. Everything else is up to you, as long as you disclose that you are an affiliate and do not claim things about the product that we have not claimed ourselves.
