NegoTrack is currently a pre-release product preview. There is no service to subscribe to yet, so these terms cover one thing: what the material on this website is, and what it is not.
The demonstrations on this site
The website-scan experience and all dashboard values shown on this site are demonstrations. They are not professional advice and not a live assessment of any website you enter.
Every business named in a product preview is fictional. None is a NegoTrack customer, none of the figures is a measurement, and nothing shown should be read as a claim about a result NegoTrack has produced for anybody.
The demonstration scan
No address entered into the demonstration scan is fetched, crawled or stored.
The sequence you see runs entirely in your own browser and always produces the same illustrative result, whatever is typed into it.
Joining the waiting list
Joining the waiting list is free and commits you to nothing. It is not a purchase, not a trial that begins counting down, and it creates no obligation to subscribe when pricing is announced.
Pricing has not been announced and no date has been fixed for the private beta. Being on the list does not guarantee an invitation in any particular timeframe.
Availability of the product
NegoTrack is in development. No live monitoring or scanning service is operating, and nothing described on this site as planned should be relied on as though it already exists. Where a page describes something that is not built, it says so on that page.
Guides and other content
The guides on this site are general information about being found online. They are written carefully, but they are not professional, legal or financial advice, and the platforms they describe change their own rules without notice.
Changes to these terms
These terms are a working document maintained by the team while NegoTrack is pre-launch. They will be reviewed and expanded before the private beta opens, and the date at the top of this page changes whenever the wording does.
