Everything affecting your business. Finally connected.

Eight areas, monitored on the same schedule and read against each other. A slow page and a lost search position are usually the same story; separate tools will never tell you that.

Business Health Score

One number you can actually open up.

A single figure that answers the only question most owners have: is this getting better or worse? It combines every area below, weighted towards the things that decide whether a nearby customer finds you and picks you.

The number on its own would be useless, so it is never on its own. Every point traces back to a specific check, and the score is a way into the detail rather than a substitute for it.

  • Five areas in one figure, each openable
  • Compared with your own history, not an industry benchmark you cannot verify
  • Says plainly when nothing meaningful has changed

Website Audit

Findings written for the person who paid for the site.

Most website reports are written for the developer. A list of render-blocking resources tells an owner nothing about whether they are losing work. Every finding here states the problem and the consequence, in that order.

The audit checks what decides whether a visitor stays: how fast the page becomes usable on a phone, whether it says what you do and where, and whether getting in touch takes one tap or three.

  • Ordered by what it costs you, not by severity code
  • Phrased so you can forward it straight to a developer
  • Reads your site and reports; never edits anything

SEO Tracking

The dozen searches that bring you work.

Ranking tools are built for agencies managing hundreds of keywords. A plumber needs about twenty terms and one honest answer: are the searches that bring paying work covered, and are they getting better or worse?

Positions are checked from your area rather than from ours, because a search from your own kitchen tells you almost nothing about what a customer across town sees.

  • Local terms, checked from where your customers are
  • Flags services you offer that no page covers
  • Movement over time, not a single snapshot

Review Monitoring

The theme matters more than the average.

Reviews are the most-read thing about most local businesses and the least systematically managed. A one-star review nobody answered sits there for years, and the pattern running through the four-star ones goes unnoticed entirely.

Monitoring surfaces new reviews, the ones still waiting for a reply, and what customers keep mentioning. Twelve people noting how long you took to call back is a business problem, not a reputation problem.

  • Recurring themes, not just a star average
  • Reviews still awaiting a reply, kept in front of you
  • Rating and volume next to nearby competitors

Local Visibility

One position number hides most of the truth.

Where you appear on the map depends heavily on where the person searching is standing. A single rank is an average of answers that differ street by street, which is why checking it yourself is so misleading.

The grid samples the same search from points across your area, so you can see where you hold the top three and where you disappear. Alongside it sit the mundane, fixable things — an unverified profile, a duplicate listing, a category describing the wrong trade — that quietly cap everything else.

  • The same search sampled across your area
  • Profile completeness, categories, hours and duplicates
  • Handles service-area businesses on their own terms

Performance Monitoring

Speed measured the way a customer meets it.

Most small business sites are measured for speed once, at launch, and never again. A plugin update or an uncompressed photo added eight months later quietly costs visitors, and nobody connects the two.

Performance is checked daily on a mobile connection and tracked over time, so a change that made the site slower shows up as a change rather than a mystery.

  • Mobile connection, not office broadband
  • Time until the page is genuinely readable
  • Regressions surface as a date, not a score

Competitor Analysis

Good compared with whom?

Whether a 4.6 rating is good is the wrong question. Whether it is good next to the three businesses a customer is choosing between is the right one, and that comparison is the fastest way to see what is worth doing this month.

A handful of genuinely comparable local businesses is tracked on visibility, reviews and website health, with recent movement called out and explained in a sentence.

  • A few real local rivals, not a list of a hundred
  • Movement explained, not just recorded
  • Publicly visible information only

Content Analysis

Most small business sites are unclear, not ugly.

The visitor cannot tell within a few seconds whether they are in the right place, so they leave and try the next result. That is a clarity problem, it is cheap to fix, and it is almost never diagnosed — because everyone who works on the site already knows what the business does.

Content analysis checks whether a stranger learns what you do and where, whether every service has a page, and whether each page gives them a reason and a route to get in touch.

  • Services you offer that no page covers
  • Pages with no next step for the visitor
  • Near-duplicate pages competing with each other

Why together

Separately, these are eight tools. Together, they are an explanation.

The value is not in the eight checks. It is in what one says about another.

A search position drops. On its own that is a number moving. Read against a competitor publishing a new service page in the same week, it is a cause — and against your own site having no page for that service, it is an instruction.

A rating falls a tenth of a point. On its own, noise. Read against three recent reviews all mentioning how long the first call took, it is an operations problem you can fix on Monday.

That reading-across is the whole product. Everything else is plumbing.

What it will not do

  • Rewrite your website

It reads and reports. Where a fix needs a developer, it says so and words the finding so you can forward it.

  • Reply to your reviews

Monitoring shows which need a reply and what they are about. An automated reply reads exactly like an automated reply.

  • Remove a bad review

Nobody can, except the platform, and only when its policies are breached. Any service claiming otherwise is selling something that does not work.

  • Guarantee a ranking

Local results depend on where the person searching is standing. What monitoring can do is find the fixable problems keeping you out of contention.

Try it on your own business first.
