No. Replies are yours to write. Monitoring shows you which reviews need one and what they are about; an automated reply from a tool reads exactly like an automated reply from a tool.

Can it remove bad reviews?

No, and neither can anyone else. Reviews can only be removed by the platform when they breach its policies. Any service claiming otherwise is selling you something that does not work.
