Agencies
Notice it before the client does.
The worst version of a client call is the one where they tell you their rankings dropped. NegoTrack is being built so that call happens the other way round.

What exists today, and what does not
NegoTrack is in development. Rather than describe an agency product that is not built, here is the split — what the monitoring already does by design, and what is planned but not written.
If multi-client workspaces are what you need, joining the list and saying so is genuinely how that gets prioritised. Agency needs are being planned separately from single-owner ones, and the beta decides the order.
Designed and in build
- Daily checks across website, search, reviews, local presence and competitors
- Findings written so they can be forwarded to a client without editing
- Change detection between one week and the next
- Recommendations ranked by impact against effort
Planned, not built
- One workspace holding several client businesses
- A roster view ranking clients by what needs attention
- Client-ready summaries under your own branding
- Roles and access for a team rather than one login
The planned roster
Every client, ranked by who needs you.
This is a design preview of the planned multi-client view, not a running feature. It exists here so the intent is concrete enough to argue with.

Where it helps
The parts of the job nobody bills for.
The manual check round
Opening six clients' listings, running six speed tests and searching six terms is an afternoon a month that appears on no invoice. Monitoring is the part of the job that should not be done by hand.
The gap between reports
Most client damage happens between reporting periods, and by the time it appears in a monthly deck it has been true for three weeks. Change detection makes the gap shorter than the report cycle.
Explaining why it matters
Half of client reporting is translation. Findings phrased as a problem and a consequence can be forwarded rather than rewritten, which is the difference between an hour and five minutes.
Spotting the upsell honestly
A client with no page for a service they offer is an opportunity you can evidence rather than pitch. The strongest version of that conversation starts with a screenshot of the gap.
Have a say
The agency product is not designed yet. That is the opportunity.
The roster above is a sketch. Whether the workspace is per-agency or per-client, what a white-label report has to contain, and whether roles matter before ten clients — none of that is settled.
Agencies who join the beta list and say what they actually need are, straightforwardly, the people who will decide it.
Agency questions
Can I manage several clients today?
No. Multi-client workspaces are planned but not built. Today NegoTrack is designed around one business, and the beta will open that way. Say you are an agency when you join and you will be in the group that shapes the multi-client version.
Is white-label reporting available?
Not yet, and we would rather say so than list it as a feature. It is on the plan; what it needs to contain is exactly the kind of thing beta feedback decides.
Does it replace the tools I already run?
It is unlikely to replace a full agency SEO platform, and it is not trying to. It covers the monitoring and explanation layer across the whole picture, which is the part that is usually done by hand or not at all.
What about pricing for multiple clients?
Pricing has not been announced for anyone yet, single business or agency. When it is, it will be announced rather than quietly applied to a trial.
