How it fits together
Everything NegoTrack reads is publicly visible — the same things a customer, or a good agency, could look at. The work is in reading them together.
What you get
The difference since last week, and nothing else.
Not a dashboard of everything. Four or five lines: what moved, in which direction, and by how much. If nothing meaningful changed, it says that.
The one or two changes with a consequence attached.
A competitor gaining six reviews matters. Your bounce rate moving 0.4% does not. The difference is judgement, and making that call is most of the product.
One action, with the reason and the effort stated up front.
Phrased so you can either do it in twenty minutes or forward it to whoever maintains your site. Never a list of forty things sorted by severity code.
A worked example
This is the shape every recommendation takes: the signal that triggered it, what it means, what to do, and what it is worth.
“boiler repair Manchester” fell from 4th to 9th over eleven days.
A competitor published a page covering the same service in the same area, with opening hours, a service-area map and pricing. Yours is a paragraph on a page covering six services at once.
Give boiler repair a page of its own
The term brings the most enquiries of anything you rank for, and you are answering it with a paragraph. The competitor that overtook you answered it with a page. This is one page of writing, not a redesign.

Where things stand
NegoTrack is in development. The private beta has not opened, there is no live scanning service running, and every figure on this website is demonstration data from a fictional business.
It monitors and explains. It does not rewrite your website, reply to your reviews, or place adverts. Where a fix genuinely needs a developer, it says so and phrases the finding so you can forward it.
